We consult, design, manufacture, and build. Pinnacle Maximal works end-to-end with founders and organisations who need more than advice. They need execution.
Every service we offer exists because a real business needed it. Find what applies to you and see how we work.
Strategic advisory for early-stage and growth-stage companies navigating decisions that define what they become.
From prototype to full production run, we coordinate manufacturing without the overhead of building an in-house operation.
Applied R&D with a bias toward output. We investigate, prototype, and validate so decisions are grounded, not guessed.
Industrial, digital, and brand design. Products that function before they look good, because both matter and we don't compromise on either.
Applications, platforms, and tools built for the problem. From MVP builds to production-ready systems and technical due diligence.
We design, build, and bring our own products to market (direct or through crowdfunding) and help others do the same.
We track what's happening in the sectors we work in. Updated continuously.
Pinnacle Maximal was founded on a straightforward observation: the gap between a strong idea and a successful product is almost never the idea. It's the people who can actually build it.
We operate at the intersection of strategic advisory and hands-on production. Our team has been in the rooms where critical decisions get made: market positioning, product architecture, supplier negotiations, early fundraising. We don't consult from a distance. We work alongside the people we advise.
Every engagement is structured, direct, and tied to real deliverables. We don't produce reports that live in shared drives. When we take on a project, we stay until the outcome is right. That might mean consulting, building, designing, or all three.
We also build and bring to market our own products, which means we operate under the same conditions we advise on. That keeps us honest.
We define the problem precisely before we move. A well-framed problem is usually half solved.
Everything we produce connects to an outcome. If it doesn't move something forward, we don't make it.
If we think your plan has a problem, we say so. Our value is in accurate assessments, not comfortable ones.
We run our own products through the same processes we advise on. We don't recommend things we wouldn't do ourselves.
We take on fewer engagements so each one gets real attention. We are not a volume practice.
Decisions that look good in the short term but create structural problems later are not good decisions. We plan accordingly.
We work with founders and leadership teams making decisions that define what their company becomes. Not generic strategy frameworks. Specific counsel on real situations, grounded in operational experience across sectors. We've seen what kills good companies and what separates the ones that don't.
We handle product manufacturing for companies that need reliable, quality-controlled production without the overhead of managing a supply chain from scratch. From low-volume prototype runs to full production, we coordinate the process end-to-end (sourcing, quality assurance, logistics) so you can focus on the product, not the pipeline.
Applied research with a bias toward real-world outcomes. We investigate, prototype, and validate: a material process, a product mechanism, or a technical approach that hasn't been tried before. Our R&D work is always connected to a deliverable, not just documentation. If it can't be built or proven, we don't stop at the finding.
We design products that work before they look good, because both matter and we don't compromise on either. Industrial design, UX/UI, brand systems, and packaging. Everything we touch has a defined function and a considered aesthetic. Good design doesn't just communicate. It removes the need to explain.
Software built for the problem, not the portfolio. We develop applications, platforms, and operational tools. MVP builds for startups proving a concept, production-ready systems for companies scaling operations. We also conduct technical due diligence and help founders understand what they actually have in their codebase before they make decisions based on it.
We keep pricing simple because the work is already complex enough. Two ways to start. Choose what fits where you are.
A focused conversation to understand your situation, ask the right questions, and give you an honest read on where we can help. No pitch. No follow-up pressure. If there's a fit, we'll both know it.
A structured ongoing engagement with a defined scope and direct access to our team. Covers consultancy, strategy sessions, deliverable review, and hands-on support. Hours are tracked transparently and invoiced monthly. You see exactly what you're paying for.
Note on scope: Manufacturing, R&D, and software projects are scoped and priced separately based on requirements. The hourly rate above applies to consultancy and advisory engagements. Contact us to discuss project-based work.
By starting an engagement you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Read them before you book.
Fill in what you can. The more context you give us, the more useful the first conversation will be. We read every message and respond within two business days.
We'll review what you've sent and get back to you within two business days. Keep an eye on your inbox.
We collect only what we need, use it only for what we said, and don't pass it to anyone who doesn't need to see it. That's it. The rest of this just fills in the detail.
When you reach out through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and whatever you write in the message. That information is used to respond to you and, if things move forward, to run the engagement.
We don't use ad networks, tracking pixels, or retargeting tools. We don't sell or rent your information. The only third parties who ever see it are the services we use to operate our business: email, cloud storage, invoicing. Nothing exotic.
We don't send marketing emails. If you want us to stop contacting you, email us and we'll take care of it.
Client information sits in our business tools (email, shared drives) with access limited to the people on your project. We've taken standard steps to keep things secure. We won't make promises about absolute security because no system is airtight, but we take it seriously.
We don't hold payment card details. Invoicing goes through standard invoicing software and payments run through third-party processors.
Active client records stay on file for the duration of the engagement and up to three years after for legal and accounting purposes. Enquiries that didn't turn into anything get deleted after six months. Want yours gone sooner? Email us and we'll sort it, unless there's a legal reason we can't.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@pinnaclemaximal.com and we'll come back to you.
No tracking cookies. The site may set a functional cookie to remember your theme preference. That's the extent of it. No analytics, no advertising platforms.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will reflect it. Our data practices are simple and not likely to shift, so don't expect surprises.

These terms cover all consultancy, design, manufacturing, R&D, and software work carried out by Pinnacle Maximal. Engaging our services, whether through a signed proposal, an email confirmation, or payment of an invoice, means you've accepted them. If a separate written agreement exists for your project, that document takes precedence where there's a conflict.
We agree on what's being done before we start doing it. Every engagement is confirmed in writing through a proposal, a statement of work, or an email acknowledgement. We don't start substantive work without a defined scope, and we don't expand scope without discussing and agreeing the change in writing first.
Hourly consultancy engagements are invoiced monthly. Invoices are due within 14 days. Project-based work is billed in stages agreed at the outset. Accounts outstanding past 30 days may result in work being paused.
We can charge interest on overdue amounts at 1.5% per month. We'd much rather have a direct conversation about it first, and that's always our first move.
Work created specifically for your engagement transfers to you on full payment, unless the project agreement says otherwise. We keep the right to reference finished work in our portfolio unless you've asked for confidentiality. We'll honour that.
Tools, methods, and background IP we bring into an engagement stay ours. We use those across projects.
Client information stays with us. We don't share project details, business specifics, or anything you've told us with outside parties unless you've said we can. We ask the same from you with respect to anything we share during the engagement.
We do the work properly and with genuine professional care. But consultancy work deals in judgement and advice, not certainty. Outcomes depend on far more than what we do. Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages.
Either side can end an ongoing engagement with 14 days written notice. Work carried out up to that point is billed at the agreed rate. For fixed-scope projects, you're billed for completed milestones only, per the project agreement.
We'd rather talk about it. If something goes wrong, a direct conversation is the starting point, not a formal process. If that doesn't resolve things, applicable law in the jurisdiction where Pinnacle Maximal is registered governs the dispute.
These terms may change from time to time. The version that applies to your engagement is the one in effect when it starts. Active clients will be notified of any significant changes.
We don't do blanket refunds. We also don't hide behind policy when something has gone wrong on our end. If you have a real concern about the quality or value of work we delivered, bring it to us and we'll deal with it properly.
The introductory 30-minute call is free. There's nothing to refund and no obligation either way after the call ends.
Hours worked and invoiced are not refundable. The time and preparation have been spent. If a session wasn't useful or the work fell short of what you reasonably expected, tell us. We'll look at it honestly. If we agree there was a shortfall on our side, we'll fix it: additional work at no charge, a credit on the next invoice, or another fair remedy.
We don't refund hours because a business outcome didn't go the way you wanted. Consultancy is judgement and advice, not a performance guarantee. The difference between a delivery shortfall and a disappointing outcome is something we'll assess straight.
Completed milestones on fixed-scope projects (design, software, manufacturing) are not refunded. If a project ends early, you pay for what was completed to that point and nothing more, as set out in the Terms of Service. Advance payments for work not yet started are refunded in full.
If we can't deliver on a confirmed engagement because of something on our end, we refund any prepayments in full and do what we reasonably can to help you find another path forward.
Email contact@pinnaclemaximal.com. Tell us what happened. We'll come back to you within three business days. Talking it through is always the first step. Formal escalation is a last resort for both of us.
